Shipping & Returns Policy

At Coeur d’Argent, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care. This policy outlines our shipping and returns procedures to ensure transparency and trust.

1. Shipping Information

Processing Time: Since all jewelry is handcrafted and made to order it will take about 2 weeks to be ready for shipping.

Domestic Shipping (USA): All US orders are shipped via USPS mail with insurance and tracking unless otherwise requested. Online-orders over $300 shipped to a US address ship for free with USPS ground advantage.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by location and customs clearance, and can only be tracked outside of the US if priority or express mail international shipping services are selected at checkout. When selecting first class international shipping, international tracking is not available and the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage to orders after they leave the US. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Each piece of jewelry is cast and hand-finnished one at a time, and is therefore unique. As we strive for the highest quality, slight variations from piece to piece are to be expected as part of the craft.
We genuinely want you to love your new jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for refunds, exchanges or store credit.
Here is how:
Eligible Returns: We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us at: returns@coeurdargent.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, production and processing may have begun, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
